NP-1 Software Updates


My unit won't power off.

The NP-1 is designed like most set top boxes to be powered on 24/7 and does not support powering off.


My registration when running the start up wizard crashes.

Some users of Firmware 2.06 and older have reported a problem with the registration. This does not affect the performance or use of the product. We will be releasing and update to resolve this issue.


What is the NP-1 Warranty?

The NP-1 Warranty is 1 Year.


Will the NP-1 work with non-4K displays?

Yes, the NP-1 will work with 720p, 1080p, or 2160p TV's.


Does the NP-1 support audio?

Yes, audio is passed through the HDMI cable to the TV or reciever that you connect the NP-1 to.

Channels

How can I watch your digital channels on my television?

All you need is the set top box that connects to your television and internet service. Once you have registered an account on our site we will provide you with a code so you may start viewing your favorite shows.


My channel isn't working.

Please make sure you have internet connection and the set top box is properly connected. If you are still having issues please contact us.


My channel is working but it keeps saying "Loading":

Please check with your internet provider as you may be experiencing slower than usual internet speeds.


I would like to request a show or channel, how may I do this?
