NP-1 Software Updates
The NP-1 is designed like most set top boxes to be powered on 24/7 and does not support powering off.
Some users of Firmware 2.06 and older have reported a problem with the registration. This does not affect the performance or use of the product. We will be releasing and update to resolve this issue.
The NP-1 Warranty is 1 Year.
Yes, the NP-1 will work with 720p, 1080p, or 2160p TV's.
Yes, audio is passed through the HDMI cable to the TV or reciever that you connect the NP-1 to.

All you need is the set top box that connects to your television and internet service. Once you have registered an account on our site we will provide you with a code so you may start viewing your favorite shows.
